Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING
Most of our products are custom-made and go into production once you place your order.
- Our products usually take between 3 and 7 business days to create. Then they are shipped out to you.
- As a general guide, please calculate to receive your items up to 15 business days after placing your order (USA). International orders may take a month or more, depending on the destination. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping timelines.

- While we do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner, we cannot take responsibility for delays once the items are handed over to the delivery company.

- Please note the buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want every one of our customers to love their purchase! If there is any problem with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to put things right. 

RETURNS (defective or incorrect items)
We have a 30-day return policy for defective or incorrect items. You must contact us within 30 calendar days of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange for defective or incorrect items. In case of a shipping delay, we will extend the return policy to 5 business days after the delivery of the order (based on carrier tracking information).

Items that are not eligible for refund or exchange
-Gift cards
-Downloadable software products

If the item you received is defective or if you received the wrong item, we will refund you or offer you a replacement. In order for us to process your refund or replacement, you must:
- email us within 30 calendar days of making the purchase
- email us clear photos of the defective item/s
- provide us with your order number
- to be eligible for return, the item/s must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We will review your case and provide you with instructions on where to send the item/s.
-If we deem that the item you received was defective or if you received the wrong item, we will refund you for the cost of your item within a week of receiving your returned item. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
-Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
-You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option, as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages.

RETURNS (unwanted items)

As a small business that custom-makes products once an order is placed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for unwanted items.

EXCHANGES (exchange for a different size)
We recommend checking the detailed size guides we provide carefully and getting in touch with us in case of any sizing queries before placing an order. We will exchange your item for a different size if you contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item. We will be unable to consider any request that exceeds the 5-day exchange period.

Items that are not eligible for exchange
-Gift cards
-Sale items
-Downloadable software products
-Made-to-order items
-Items with additional customization (e.g., customized name items, custom engraving, etc.)

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size, you must:
- email us within 5 business days of receiving the item/s
- provide us with your order number
- email us a photo of the item/s you wish to exchange for a different size
- let us know what size you would like to exchange your item for
- to be eligible for exchange, the item/s must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We will review your case and provide you with instructions on where to send the item/s.

Failed delivery due to incorrect address or unclaimed parcel
Please make sure to check that your delivery address and order details are correct. We cannot be held responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect details being provided when you place your order. Items that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided or failed collection by recipient will attract redelivery charges.

We are not liable for shipments that have been lost or stolen through any reasonable or unavoidable issues with delivery.
